9th-11th grade students and families - Ever wonder what goes on when colleges review applications? Now is your chance to find out! "Mock Admissions" college night is an engaging and effective way to discuss the process. College representatives will lead parents and students through a mock committee to point out the intricacies of the process and the importance of assembling a strong application. Guests will gain insight and understanding as to what is valued in the application. The Case Study program concludes with a mini college fair in our library. The event is May 11 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the MBHS library. Email Head Counselor, Caroline Karoczkai at [email protected] with any questions.

We have been seeing an increase in COVID-like symptoms on campus recently. If your student has any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose or congestion, sore throat, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, new loss of taste or smell, headache, body aches, and/or poor appetite, please keep your student home. They may return to school with a negative PCR test, or with proof of two negative rapid antigen (home) tests taken at least 12 hours apart after symptoms have started. Take a photo of each test, include the date and time the test was taken, and send the photos to Health Tech Deanna Wolfe at [email protected] to be cleared for school.
