  • Families of 12th Graders - The counselors have begun post-secondary advising with your students. In the coming weeks, there are a number of classroom presentations, workshops, open labs, and evening programs available to them. As a reminder, here are some resources (found on your student's Canvas and the school bulletin) that you can also access at MBHS and in the community. The counselors will begin guidance around financial aid at the end of October and advising will be ongoing for the remainder of the year.

  • We are excited to announce that we are now offering ACES tutoring before school in the library starting at 7:30 am every day.  Students coming to campus for ACES before school they are expected to stay in the library and work on assignments with the support of MBHS teachers.  Students can only enter at the staff lot by Rose Creek where a staff member will greet them at 7:30.

After school, we will still be available from 3:30-5:00, Monday - Thursday in the library with MBHS teachers as well as university tutors across all subject areas. We can verify your student's attendance at ACES if necessary. If you have any questions contact [email protected]

  • Is your child sick?  They SHOULD take a COVID test before returning to school. If they test positive, please let the school know so we can connect you with instructions for a safe return to school.  Students MUST have improving symptoms and be fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.  This information is based on the latest Decision Tree: https://resources.finalsite.net/images/v1661226377/sdcoenet/vlt8kehqmlywtvonsmyt/COVID-19-Decision-Tree.pdf

  • Need a COVID test?  Please send your student to the nurse’s office to pick up a test.
