Dear family and friends of MBHS Class of 2024!
This is it! Senior year! Last stretch….We started during a pandemic, online for our first year, and we didn’t get to meet each other until 10th grade. We went through many ups and downs but now we are so excited to be planning our senior year graduation and prom. Unfortunately, we lost nearly 2 years of fundraising due to the pandemic. We are also realizing that inflation has caused prices to go up significantly.
We need to raise $10,000 more to offset the rising prices or our prom tickets will be $150 per person. This price could pose a challenge to many of our classmates. As a last fundraising effort, we are asking all of you, the parents, to consider a minimum of $40 donation to help us bring this cost down. Bigger donations will be even more appreciated as some families may not be able to contribute. We are fortunate to have two parents who are willing to match our funds dollar for dollar. That means if we can raise $5,000, and with the match, we will reach our $10,000 goal.
Please feel free to share this with extended family and friends who would be willing to support our graduation activities. Please consider donating to help us make our prom more affordable so all can come. We also would love to be able to have all the graduation activities that past years have had.
