MBHS Weekly Update - Week of 4/11

Hello Mission Bay Families!

Here are some important announcements from Mission Bay High School.  We have many important announcements, please read the entire communication.

• Annual state testing will begin tomorrow, April 11th, and continue through June.  Students in grade 11 will take assessments in math and English.  Students in grade 12 will take an assessment in science.  Students in grades 9 and 10 do not test. Student who begin testing tomorrow were given passes on Friday, 4/8.

• Thursday, April 14th is IB Info Night!  Interested in hearing more about the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program?  Join us via zoom at 5:00 pm on 4/14.  Meeting ID: 876 282 4493  Password: 251511

• On site COVID Testing:  Testing is now done through Responsive Lab Partners.  Testing is only for Mission Bay students and staff. Testing on-site is done on Thursdays. You will need to register with Primary Health Portal in order to be tested. The link to do that is here:

Appointments are not needed.  Students should report to the Counseling Conference Room between the hours of 9am - 4pm to test on Thursdays

• Please access your Parent Portal to check your students grades, complete annual forms, and/or update contact information. You can print transcripts, email teachers and check attendance through your Parent Portal.  If you do not have a Parent Portal, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

• Attendance Update: We have simplified the attendance procedure for families - please visit our Attendance page. You can now email [email protected].

• Per district guidance, parent access to the campus is limited at this time.  Please do not come to campus unless pre-arranged with administration.
