  • Monday, Oct 17th is an A Day


  • Blood Drive - Mon, Oct 17th  San Diego Blood Bank will be hosting a Blood Drive in the foyer of the auditorium for students that are 17 & older and staff during prep or break time.  Students 17 and older it's not to late to sign up (posters around campus with QR code) or they can collect a permission slip from the office and bring it with them signed, along with an ID, on Monday. 💪 
  • Fundraiser for Mission Bay Golf Team - Riverwalk Golf Course Touchstone Golf Foundation's Fall Raffle features a grade prize of a TaylorMade putter with proceeds benefiting the Mission Bay Golf Team.  Check out the flyer for details.
  • Key Club is looking for members! This a great club and an opportunity to work with the local Kiwanis club and get opportunities to create community service at Mission Bay and in the local community. See Dr. Brown for more information!
  • Are you hungry for some orange chicken? - Go to Panda Express on Wednesday, October 19th 2022 anytime between 10am through 9:30pm on 1656 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109 to help support the 2024 class. GO BUCS! Flyer
  • Senior Yearbook Content: The deadline for Baby Bucs and Senior Quotes with Selfies to be included in the Yearbook is November 1st! Please complete the Google Form HERE or QR code.

  • Parents and Teens are Invited to attend: What I Wish My Parents Knew: A Season of Hope. Conversations about Anxiety & Depression.  Tuesday, Oct 18th 5:30-7PM via Zoom.  Information on flyer
  • Optional weekly COVID testing is on campus Thursdays 12 to 4 in the registrar's office. Need to register and consent to test. Please use this link: https://my.primary.health/l/sdusd_2022 Or sign up at the testing table with the tester on Thursdays 12 to 4. If you have questions, please see Nurse Maxwell. 
  • When students should stay home sick or is sent home sick from school: Take a COVID test before returning to school. If positive, please let the school know so we can connect you with instructions for a safe return to school. You MUST have improving symptoms and be fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication in order to return to school. 
  • ACES Tutoring is open in the Library before school from 7:30 - 8:30 Monday through Friday and after school from 3:30 - 5:00 Monday through Thursday with MBHS teachers available to support you in Math, Science, Spanish, History, English, and Writing.
