Mission Bay Work-Based Learning

Work-Based Learning is your opportunity to experience the real world while you're still in high school. We connect students with professionals, businesses, colleges, and community partners so you can explore careers, develop valuable skills, and discover opportunities that prepare you for life after graduation.
Career Interest Survey
Help us build experiences that matter to you! This short survey allows you to share the careers, industries, colleges, and career pathways you're most interested in exploring. Your responses will help the Work-Based Learning team plan Mentor Mondays, workplace tours, college visits, guest speakers, and other career exploration opportunities that match student interests. Your voice helps shape the opportunities we bring to Mission Bay High School, so please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Click here for survey
Parent & Community Survey
Parents and community members play a vital role in preparing our students for life after high school. We invite you to partner with Mission Bay High School's Work-Based Learning Program by sharing your career experiences and professional expertise. Whether you can serve as a Mentor Monday speaker, host a workplace tour, provide a job shadow or internship opportunity, participate in mock interviews, or support career exploration in another way, your involvement can make a lasting impact on our students. Please take a few minutes to complete our Parent & Community Interest Survey and let us know how you would like to get involved. Together, we can help students explore career pathways, build meaningful connections, and prepare for their future.
