MBHS Welcome Back

Greetings MB Families!

Tuesday, August 22nd is the first day of school - a B Day.  We are excited to welcome our students and look forward to a great 2023 - 2024 school year! Go Bucs!

Here are some important updates:

• School starts at 8:45.  Students will pick up an OFFICIAL goldenrod schedule on Monday in the Weed Patch. There will be alpha stations by last name.  Students need to pick up their goldenrod schedule to be admitted to class.  We will begin passing out schedules at 8:20 am.

• Parking - the student lot is still under construction.  11th and 12th grade students will be able to park in the lots by the stadium and need to get a parking pass from Mrs. Filamor ([email protected]).  Students need to show proof of insurance and registration and give a copy of their driver’s license.  We will begin enforcing parking permits on August 28th.

• Lockers - students need to bring a combination lock, or can purchase a lock for $10 in the Gear Shop.  Students can get their locker assignment (must have a lock) by seeing Mrs. Filamor in room 154 during lunch.

• Devices and books - students can go to the library before school (starting at 8:00 am), during lunch, or afterschool to get a device and textbooks.  If your 9th grade student did not turn in their device from middle school, they should bring it to the library to switch out for a new device. 

• IDs and Yearbook pictures will be taken on September 7th for those that did not attend orientation.
