The ACES program has 4 different facets going into the 23-24 school year:
1) Before-School Tutoring
2) After-School Tutoring
3) ASAP Student-Athlete Tutoring
4) STYLE Peer Tutoring
Please be advised that our plan is to staff 3 teachers per day in ACES, with the exception of Friday mornings which will staff 1 teacher only.
We will be open M-F in the Mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 with 1 teacher
We will be open M-TH in the Afternoons from 3:30 - 5:00 with 1 teachers
*The third teacher----please see attached pdf calendar----will work either 1 hour in the morning or 1 hour in the afternoon as scheduled.
We will be open on Late Starts (*teacher will be paid from 7:30 - 8:30 and then do another hour unpaid because they are on contractual time*).
We will be closed on Early Release days.
The First Day of ACES is Monday, September 5.
The Last Day of ACES of Friday, May 24.
