Students
Parking on Mission Bay campus is extremely limited due to construction and therefore is for our Juniors and Seniors only. Driving and parking on campus is a privilege granted by the school. All sections of the California Vehicle Code and the Municipal Codes apply on school grounds. A current parking permit must be displayed at all times while parked on campus. All vehicles must park in the designated parking areas for student parking (back stadium lot, or in their paid senior parking spot along Grand). They may not park along Lee St, in the faculty lot, in faculty spots, or in the main lot while it is under construction (other than paid senior spots). Parking anywhere other than the designated student areas may result in the vehicle being ticketed and/or towed. Maximum speed limit on campus is 10 mph.
Student may not go to their vehicles during any part of the day, therefore, vehicles should not be used as lockers for storing books or clothing. We do our best to protect vehicles, but Mission Bay High School is not liable for vandalism, damage, or theft of personal property.
Parking applications are available online or in room 154. A complete application and copies of students valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and current proof of liability insurance must be provided to receive a parking permit. Parking permits do not guarantee a parking spot. Once the lot is full, it is up to the driver to find legal parking elsewhere. If student comes late and gates are closed it is their responsibility to find legal parking elsewhere.

Parents
For safety reasons parents are not permitted to drop students off in the faculty parking lot, located at the east end of the administration building (along Rose Creek). Parents may use the parent drop off located down Lee Street. If parents are dropping off students on Grand Avenue please pull all the way forward and do not double park.
